Pricing was good. The employees are fantastic. The appointment system sucks. I ordered tires and set an appointment online. Tire order and appointment were confirmed via text. Arrived for the appointment and no tires were available, they were never ordered. How do you set an appointment and don't have the tires? The young man helping me tried his best, calling several places trying to find the tires, with no luck. So he ordered them and I rescheduled the appointment for the same time 3 days later, 10:30am. I arrived almost an hour early, a little after 9:30. It was around 1:45 when i finally got to leave. I truly believe it shouldn't take over four hours to have four tires installed. If you schedule appointments, then every effort needs to be made to get those customers in and out. Maybe schedule fewer appointments, or longer times between appointments. I don't know what the issue was other than being told they were backed up. I would have left and driven to Discount Tires but Big Brand was the only tire shop locally that accepted the financial payment plan I was using. Not sure I'll buy from Big Brand Tire again. Very disappointed in the extremely long wait time.

I hit a mail driving and needed a tire repair. Jonathan handled the customer service today and took really good care of me. I am very pleased with the timing and the shop in general and will certainly be using them for my future needs!

As I approach 2 hours of sitting here waiting for a tire repair to be finished from my 2PM appointment and I've yet to had anyone update me other than once when I approached them, I'm definitely not going to return for the new tires they wanted to sell me. I appreciate the free repair and after speaking to my husband would've likely come back to replace the 2 front tires as recommended but not after this. 2 hours is excessive without communication.

Big shoutout to Big Brand Tire for the amazing service! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Anthony and Terry went above and beyond—stayed late to make sure my new wheels and tires were installed and everything was perfect. That kind of dedication is hard to find these days. Couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Highly recommend these guys if you want it done right!
